More on the EU tax takeover

EU Referendum is posting again on a case currently going through the ECJ about tax, which if it finds against the government (which it will, as it always takes the view that the whatever gives the most power to the EU is the correct judgement) will blow a £3billion hole in the budget, the same as needing a 3p in the £1 increase in income tax.
